Cejilla is the spanish capo; made traditionaly from the materials-vocubulary of the spanish guitar maker:
Exotic hard wood, peg, string.
I had a little bit of ebony wood with which the children played sometimes, it was an offcut from the fingerboard of my guitar.
First, I cut it to three and glued them on top of each other and then shaped and drilled.
When I put the peg in the wood split. I did say it was an experiment.
The design is inspired one that I found online by a maker named Yusef Kabbani, whom deserves the credit.
